Whether you are lending a friend, family member or business associate money, selling movable assets, buying shares into a company or simply ” swopping ” some items, it is always best to have the terms and conditions of such arrangement in writing, agreed to and signed by all the parties involved.

We ourselves have been burned a few times by ignoring our own advice and not having terms and conditions of transactions between us and friends and us and family members penned down.  It is the most awful feeling when you are let down by someone you trusted and many times being unable to recover the monies lent or assets given.  So please let us assist to safeguard and protect you as well the other involved party in your business dealings.
